Trinity High School of Manchester, NH

The Trinity High School Robotics Team FRC 40 is made up of roughly 25 students from year to year, consisting of both boys and girls and freshman to seniors. The team competes in both of the FIRST competitions as a FRC (big robot) team and as FTC (Vex robot) team. The team also competes in the Savage Soccer competitions, both at WPI and co-hosts Savage Soccer North with Pembroke Academy. Team 40 competes in a numerous off-season robotics competitions throughout New England, such as Northeastern’s Beantown Blitz, WPI’s Battlecry, and Bash @ the Beach in Old Lyme, CT. Trinity also co-hosts Riverrage, the longest running off season competition in the country, with the other 3 Manchester high schools.

Trinity High School students have a long list of colleges that they have been accepted into as a part of being on the Trinity FIRST team. Many of our alumni are off to start bright futures that have been opened up to them in part, due to FIRST.

When not competing, the team has hosted programming workshops and manned EasyC help desks at various competitions. The team annually volunteers to work at the NHIS raceway for the two major race weekends and has put on demonstrations at NextFest, at the Christy MacAuliffe Planetarium, and Indiana Robot Invitational. Team 40 is active all year round and is willing compete or put on a show anywhere in New England.
